Crazy weather no match for SportFX/CSE Games at New York Toy Fair
19 February 2006
Not even the largest single-day snowfall in over 60 years could keep SportFX and CSE Games from the American International Toy Fair in New York, NY. Sure, the 18-plus inches of snow didn't make things easy, and certainly affected show attendance, but the quality of those retailers, distributors and manufacturers that did brave the elements more than made up for it.
The New York Toy Fair was yet another opportunity to introduce CSE Games' Card Football Premiere Edition and NHL Ice Breaker games to the who's-who of the toy and gaming industry. Both games made a strong impression and have already led to a number of opportunities.
Carolyn Kates, owner of Zibbers Inc. (and the newest distributor of Card Football) was on hand, and when asked if she had seen anything good so far at Toy Fair, she replied: “Yeah - right here” (in front of the SportFX/CSE Games booth).
